Shipping:

• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $125!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 Business days. 
• Customized or personalized: items take 7-14 business days. (Unless otherwise communicated)
• Pre-Orders: will ship once the date of last Pre-Order in your order arrives at The Shak if you need items sooner we recommend placing separate orders for In-Stock and Pre-Order items, (Dates for Pre orders will be clearly indicated on product titles)
• FREE local pickup is available in Levelland TX (Choose option at checkout.)
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of delivery.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, consumables and food items, customized Items, seasonal Items, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
