Shipping policy

We carefully package and ship in-stock ready to ship items within 48 hours of confirmation of purchase. All orders are shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates vary based on the product and weight. Shipping confirmation will be emailed once the order has been fulfilled.

Customized or personalized items will ship within the estimated time given to you at the time of the order.  These orders are not completed until payment is received.   Once payment is received, items will be put into the creation que.  This can take  7-14 days (unless otherwise noted) for completion.  Longer completion times will be communicated with you if needed.  Shipping confirmation will be emailed once the order has been fulfilled.

*Ship times may be delayed due to slowdowns related to the COVID and/or holiday season. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any items or packages once they leave our warehouse.* 

Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive at the Shak. A shipping confirmation will be emailed once pre-orders are fulfilled.
